If you would ask me about myself, I would say that I'm a funny, responsible, people person. I think that people close to me would agree on that also.

It still impresses me to this day, that there are individuals who knew from an early age what they wanted to work with when they grew up. I've never had that feeling, instead I have slowly been drawn to professions where I've had the privilege to care for or in some way help others around me.

Since 2010 I have been situated in Västerås and working at Loopia Hosting, a work place where I really feel that I've had the possibility to grow as a person, to expand my technical skills and to use my "sixth sense" for my co-workers well being.

As so many in this business I started off by joining the first line support team, but soon I became team leader for the first- and second line support team. The team leader role gave me the confidence and opportunity to start up the HR-department within the company.

Today I am working as the Support Quality manager where I am developing procedures for our future support, setting up internal information exchange sessions and trying to understand customer and support needs before they know it themselves.

To be given freedom with responsibility, to be able to use my gut feeling, to always prioritize soft values before others and letting me voice myself - that brings out the best in me!
